Endurance and Power, Core condition, & Overall Health. Results are made into a professional document which
can be used for references within goal setting.
Option 1: Three months of personal training once per week with ongoing support and guidance.
Option 2: Two months of personal training twice per week with ongoing support and guidance. Fees: $400
Option 3: Three day Personalized Fitness Training Program based on individual needs. Presented as a document for client to keep. Fees: $90 ($75 for those who use Personal Training)
