Fitness Instructor Specialist Course (FIS) This is a comprehensive 25-hour course that will increase your knowledge
and confidence level to lead a group fitness class in various formats of cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength
and endurance training, stretching and relaxation, or a calming cool-down.
A canfitpro certified FIS is knowledgeable about different types of music, understands how to use music in a group setting, keeps current on the latest fitness trends and is able to give generalized advice about healthy living. A practical and written exam will complete the FIS Certification.

Kickboxing punch and kick techniques as well as actual combinations designed by a Certified
Competitive Kickboxing Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. From the warm-up, hand wrapping,
stance, footwork, kickboxing drills and combinations utilizing focus pads and partner training, abs routine
and cool down stretches. This workshop is designed for the ultimate in authenticity and fitness ensuring a safe
and efficient class or personal training session.
Fitness Kickboxing - Level 2 Instructor's Course For the Intermediate Trainer/Instructor.
Learn "Real" Kickboxing punch and kick techniques as well as actual combinations designed by a Certified Competitive
Kickboxing Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. From the warm-up, hand wrapping, stance, footwork, kickboxing drills
and combinations utilizing focus pads and partner training, abs routine and cool down stretches. This workshop is designed
for the ultimate in authenticity and fitness ensuring a safe and efficient class or personal training session.
Complex multi strike combinations and techniques beyond the basics will be taught in this workshop. The Level 1 Fitness Kickboxing Instructor Course is a prerequisite for this course, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Candidates must compete take home exam to qualify for Certification.
